Normally I'm not a fan of gray skies. However, an overcast day is the best for introducing your vegetable transplants to their new home. So, here are my freshly planted peppers: Red, Yellow, Orange and PURPLE Bell peppers, JalapeƱos, HabaƱeros, Sweet Red and Yellow stuffing peppers, and Chinese Five Color hot peppers.

Holy Cow! You'll be eating peppers from here to Christmas! And then some! I must give you my recipes for Beef Pepper stir fry (made with ground turkey), pepper soup, roasted pepper salsa, etc...
