So, the beautiful weather we've had has been inspiring. I've been unable to pull myself away from rebuilding the garden, like a phoenix rising from the mud pit/swamp that remained after that last series of storms. This has prevented me from sitting down to write; lacking the time and energy, at the end of the day, to compose complete, formulated, thought-out, hopefully amusing, anecdotes. Perhaps I need to micro-blog during the day? Summarize later? My own mash-up of gardening-meets-ESPNSportsCenter ? Hmmm.
Things to discuss: mulch, strawberry pyramids, mulch, why I love fence slats, mulch, landscape fabric (BTW, soooo not the kind of fabric I expected to be utilizing my minor in Textiles & Design with, but, ok…), squash, mulch, beans, dirt, baby tomato plants, SPF 100, did I mention mulch???
